There's no perfect pallete.
Different missions = different palletes.
Especially concerning melee classes such as Fighmaster.

I agree. :lol: There could be a few ways to answer this. It also depends on where you're going and what elements you have that go well with that area, and I think what looks good to you also plays a role.

The perfect palette would be a class that could use every weapon and as S ranks. They'd also have every Pa at 50.
For melee they would have every weapon at 50% 10/10
For range they'd have every gun at 10/10
For forcing they'd have multiples of every force weapon at 10/10

Well, my Ultimate guntecher palette would be:
Phantom
Neudaiz 9* rifle(I can't remember the name)-for killer shot
Degahna cannon
tesbra + cubo tuma
tesbra + shato
blumier + bullet dance
Rikauteri
The awesome part is I have all of that stuff except the tesbra's, the problem is getting it all grinded really high, since I have bad luck with grinding unless I have 20 or so of the weapon.

Most of these setups cost a lot of meseta and do very little to improve average players. I say use whatever equipment you want and you will get better by playing with lower damage as it forces you to learn how to optimize against various enemies. Using the best gear available only helps players to become lazy and use the wrong PAs because their weapon damage is 'good enough'.

Take WhiteKnight here, he has a Doric 10/10 for a buff setup when the Cometarac 10/10 only has 1,182 total PP. Last time I played my AT I only buff to cancel a debuff or once my buffs have expired. Why use a madoog that has 447 more PP than the wand unless you are actually going to use those buffs more often? A 0/10 Pegic or Pushan would leave more meseta for other items and still provide the same PP as the Cometarac.

Whenever someone starts one of these threads the replies are always based on the cost of the items, not their value in gameplay. I would rather have 6 proper element weapons with good %'s or grinds instead of spending all my money on 50% gear. You have to love all the average players with exceptional gear though; I'd much rather be an exceptional player with average gear.

You'll probably notice that I didn't specify grinds or elemental percentages, I did this because it doesn't matter to me. As long as my weapons are 25%+ and x/5, I'm fine. Weapon damage is based on PA levels imo.

I love my palettes! They are close to what I consider perfect but I'm not picky. :-P I love my stuff and Ive worked very hard to get what I have. I could always use better %'s but I will upgrade eventually. I also always carry extra weapons on me that my palette cant hold. I try to collect sets of each weapon in every element. I couldnt possibly list everything because it would take too long and I cant remember everything off the top of my head.

Still need that elusive Agito Repca and Psycho Wand tho! :-(
