Direct-to-Drive version of AotI?

Hey, I'm wanting to get into PSU again, after a break of about a year. Yet to get AotI, but still have the original PSU installed on my comp. The thing is, by dvd drive is broken. I know I could just get a new one along with AotI, but i'd rather save the money. Is there a direct-to-drive (or something similar) version of AotI I can download from somewhere? I checked SEGA's website and found nothing. Thanks in advance!
