Time attack

If you are trying to get on the Time attack boards do you have to get a S rank to get on it or can you get on it without getting an S rank? And on a S difficulty?

It must be on S difficulty but you dont need to S rank it. :)

Just have to hit that end mission button asap in S rank difficulty. (Doing ruins in TA is silly :P)
