Falclaw's element?

There's something I always wondered. In Dengeki, when you trade for the Falclaw, does it come with a random element and %? Or is it just neutral?
By the way, Search came up with nothing.

Random ele. The pic in the database is fire, but the one on PSUpedia is neutral.
