yeah so i bought a PA and i had a full PA list so i had to replace so i did but it wouldnt change... happened to anyone before?

Now by changing it,you mean you switched the PA u wanted with one u already had.

If the PA you are trying to replace is linked to a weapon, it won't allow you to replace it.

If that's not the problem, then I have nothing else to add.
