Jaggo Acte drop questions

My account wasn't active last summer, when Jaggo Acte were around the first time. I've got a couple questions.

1) The special event lobby changes from "Holy Light Festa" to "Fireworks" on Friday. Do we lose the Jaggo Acte then?

2) Does anyone know what level Jaggo Acte drop Ank Bico at? My research has turned up conflicting information. PSO-W says level 50+, PSUpedia says any level, and the JP wiki says level 30+. I've been running Awoken Serpent A (level 60 enemies), and have turned up nothing but Fireworks and Jao so far. I'm just wondering if I could get away with a lower difficulty, since I'm afraid I'm nearly out of time to hunt the weapon.

Don't remember the drop levels for the bico off top of head, but you'll get them less frequently then the decos in my experience.
Just helping a friend with button duty and getting roughly 4 spawns in 2-3 hr period we only got two bicos and the rest were jaos/firework decos

I hope the Jaggo Acte stay for another week they drop the bico {b} at lv 150 ^.^

According to the biblec, Ank Bico drops from lv 30 ~ 149.
