Eat nothing but granola bars, but don't exercise.

That way, they cancel each other out. That's how I lost 10 pounds.

Seriously, I did. >_>

Drink something with zero carbs, zero sugar, and zero fat.
AKA: Water.

That stuff tastes nasty, they need to make a new flavor :(

I'd probably get sick if I ate nothing but Granola bars.

I usually lose weight by becoming a bit more active (do some pushups or something, variety of light aerobics) and by eating less. Usually, I end up eating more often, but in smaller quantities than normal. Helps keep my metabolism up, but it still hasn't reached the mighty rate I had when I was on the HS swim team. Was kinda scary, then.

Problem is, I tend to get full quickly at meals, but crave a snack pretty soon afterward. Bad! Bad!

Green tea is good for you, and curbs your appetite. I'd suggest Twining's Jasmine or Chamomile Green Teas. Since they're flavorful, you don't need to add sugar.

Some things that are really fatty, like Avocados, are still healthy enough to be worth eating. Avocados are good for your hair and skin, I believe. Bonus!

Cranberries are supposed to help control your appetite, too, but I think the sugars commonly added probably don't help. Nuts are good for a pick-me-up, as long as you can control your serving sizes.

Lately, I've been munching on pumpkin seeds, but I've been having a hard time denying myself sweets. Good idea is to let yourself have some sweets, or you'll go mad (unless you don't like sweets).

Also, one of my friends gained weight from eating less. Really screwed up his metabolism. Didn't start to lose weight until he started eating regularly.

I like avocados alot so that's not a problem. I also if I ever fry anything I usually use olive oil. It's a bit more expensive than vegetable but healthier.

I want more varieties of fruit drinks. Vitamin Water is not an option.

I use to do 200 sit-ups every night. I also went swimming every at the pool in the sumer but then it closed. =/

FKL has gotten to the point that I find the semi-serious topics more interesting than "lolrandom."

Also, it helps if you live on a second floor. Stairs "probably" won't want to make you want to go down to get food.

What if it's a cake in the bucket?

Oh, then that particular dessert is a lie.

If it's an ice cream cake, then the bucket would be all messy.

Too much hyper serious makes a lot of us come back to lolrandom.

And that animu/youtube/animu youtube stuff ain't random. Knock it off. Get off Ian's lawn too.

Bucket of chickens. /in place of some swears so it doesn't get all: "Ow my frickin ears!"
