GC: what's the deal?

Have you encountered this?.........I just finally found the broadband modem for my GC (it was kind of hard to find around here), and I tried to set an account up but it kept telling me that it can't process my visa. It's done this 5 days in a row! I know the info is right, and I know there is money in my account. Any ideas?

I've tried through both....same thing.

Make sure you put all your information exactly as it is on the card (I assume it's a check card?) i.e. if your name is in captial letters on the card, it can't hurt to put your name in capital letters on the form. Have a middle name/initial on the card - put it in the form. Make sure all the billing info is correct.

Other than that, I don't know what to tell you. There's probably a tech support number you could call...

yeah i changed the name to add a middle initial but still the same thing.....i cant believe nobody else has gone through this. i even called my bank and they said it have been authorizing every time i try, but the screen say differently.
