Offline Missions

Is there anyway to D/L missions to play offline? The few that are there are getting boring, and those that aren't, lag badly.

(if you do, you can't unless you play online and they are strictly online only)

Guess? It´s not hard to figure out, they want people to play online so Segac can get more money.

I just think that it is like punishing people for not having enough money to play online. I know that it is just to get more money, unfortunately.
