Before update if you scored S on B or A rank you got a Portrait each time.

I have not tried it yet but someone told me that they heard you no longer get any more Portraits, and you need to get it again from your other 3 characters to get 3 more now and that's it???

I got like 20 Dallgun portraits yesterday while hunting for Vijeri/Resist. They are still there.

At any rate, I too have been getting posters with ease. I don't think they disappeared at any time. I haven't noticed that. I played before and after.
