How do you get into the Mission Carnival?

It says you need "Dengeki Tickets" to play. Well do you need the 300 Zon Photons right away, to trade for the 10x Tickets? Or do they give you free tickets the first time you go to it?

you play main boring mission to get sphere-> you trade sphere to tickets, and then you use tickets to play bonus mission.

Does "Main Boring Mission" have boosted EXP or Item drops at least?

bad exp, but drop boost...
however, mostly junks drop.

good drop is inside the bonus one.
