I thought I remembered this discussion a while back and 'B' was the best difficulty to run Dark Satellite for Black Heart dropping from Darbelan.

It'll be pretty easy to get in that Shred the Darkness event as far as I know,
I'd just wait the decade or two it takes for that to be released over here.
It'll be out before the Arms Dealer too if that's why you want it.

if you insist about geting a blackheart just do dark satalite
