About the TP trick and finding rare enemies... does this work if you use Ryurker instead of using a telepipe?

I have been trying it out in Fake in Yellow and still have yet to find a rare enemy doing it. The other day I went back and forth 40 times with no rare enemies to be found.

Does this trick actually work?

BTW... I was doing it in Ultimate and my sec id is Redria if that means anything.

Yes it works. I did the same thing to get a Pal Rappy. Thats how I got my Red Handgun http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif.

Just keep trying... it took me hundreds of tries over an hour of piping..

ah ok.... I don't have the patience for that. I figured it would happen after a few tries.

Is there any specific area in which I should do it?

Supposedly that is how it is supposed to work.

It'd work with dieing and coming back down too, although it's far less efficent.

What it does is, every time you pipe back down to Ragol, it reassigns the Rare value for each monster. This doesn't work online because that data is set, and stored on the server.

This is done so that everyone sees the same monster and such.
