Newbie Question

Hi all,
Been a big fan of PSO on my Dreamcast a few years ago (many hours I sat playing that)

Now got PSU on the 360, I've not played it online on the 360, tried to avoid it as otherwise my misses would probably leave me as I wouldn't be able to get of it! lol

Back on topic, I've been really tempted to download AOI,
But I heard somewhere that you dont get anything from it offline, everything in the expansion pack is online only

Is this true?

yes, the expansion is online only for xbox 360.

if you want to play it offline, you'll have to get
the PC or Ps2 ver., sadly.

For what it's worth, the PC and PS2 versions can be found really cheap in some places now. I've seen the PS2 version at less than $20 in bargain bins, and my buddy bought the PC expansion for $9.99 at EB Games.

Well, you could always pay the $10 for online for the first month, pay the $20 for the expansion, and go play it online and then quit right after... if you really wanted to play that is.
