Need tips to beat Flaz

I need any tips you guys have for beating falz final form.(invincible one) Im a HUnewearl. Im on VH Offline(Unfortenatly), and i really suck at killing falz's last form. last time the only reason i think i won, is because i was lvl 44. Any way my stats are right now are:

LvL:55

ATP: 995(565)
DFP: 277(152)
MST: 269(269)
ATA: 144(104)
EVP: 510(360)
LCK: 10(10)
Life: 474
MST: 323

I use Yamato +20 (0/15/25/0), 4 Slot Dragon Frame(2x Dragon HP, Orge/Power++, General/Battle), Sheild of Delsaber.

I would also like to know, what kind element attack that gold one is that can't be blocked or dodged.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

With my HUmar I usually use mechs. Try and find some mechs with dark or hit %s to hit his vulnerable form and use foie on the shiny form. And the gold attack thingy is Grantz, which is light based. I would switch the Ogre/Power for a Resist/Light, Saint, or Holy. If you can stay alive after getting swiped or Grantzed, you can do it.

Carry a handgun and a melee weapon. Use the handgun unless he gets right in your face, then melee. You can't hit him with anything but techs and gush element extra attacks when he glows, but keep some di and maybe trimate on hand to heal after Grants. Be sure you have at least 396 HP or his Claw swipe will kill you.

Thijs is my one tip other than "bring a gun"

When you see the gold halo around your body, he's ready to use Grants. Open up your item menu (the quick one) and the second grant's hits and you are on the ground, select a dimate. You will be back to full health as soon as you standup so he doesn't have enough time to get in a second killing blow and you are ready to attack and don't waste time.

Don't attack Falz when he takes your image or you will die. Just wait until he gives it back.

i have a gush ripper(0/0/20/40), so i can attack him when he is invicible?
