I'm assuming that's the weapon that Viviene uses, which looks like a paddle.

Those are both Twin Saber arts.

Tornado Dance: Hunter 10
Absolute Dance: Story Mission 8 Clear

I found Absolute Dance as a drop in the Train mission, I'm pretty sure. I was either a Ranger or a Gunmaster.

EDIT: Probably not the train mission... but it was a drop. My GM hasn't completed that many story missions.
