Best place for high level (~25) Techs....

I tend to find a lot(5-6) of high level techs in Ultimate Mines 1, but they tend to hover around Lv23-24... When I goto Mines 2 I usually find one tech or so...

In the Ult. Ruins I can go through the entire 3 levels and never find a damn tech... so what gives...

Where do all of you people go to find Lv.25+ techs?

Ive found a few 20+ techs in ruins o_o. Resta 29 the other day.

Ruins is a good place, but from previous experience, all lv. 30 techs I've found in Ultimate Seabed.

The higher level techs show up in the Ultimate Mine, Ruins, Gal Da Val Islands, and Seabed. It's simply luck of the draw whether or not you actually get them at all and with decently high levels. I do believe, however, that Pinkal is the only ID that can find Rafoie, Razonde, Rabarta, Grants, and Megid level 30. All IDs can find any other spell up to level 30.

I've found a Megid level 28 after killing Vol Opt in ult mines...

deathbed has the best techs. the sad thing is that my fomar cant survive there until my hucast can find him a 27+ jellen. jellen 21 just dont cut it with his lousy def and hitpoints. i am sending a level 145 hucast there to find techs for a 124 fomar lol. thats just silly. the hucast is redria and tends to find better techs than a skyly fomar.

tech disks come in clusters. it seems that if i find discs, all i find is discs. the same can be said for materials and grinders.

i have obtained all simple techs to 30, all gi-techs to 29, resta 30, deband 30, zalure 30, rabarta 28, razonde 29, and rafoie 26 in seabed to date. the hunt continues for shifta, jellen, and grants 27+.

I find lots of 25+s in Ruins and an occasional 30. Even seen Resta 30 in Caves.

But thus far the only place ive seen any L30 hard techs (grants) is in cbed. Unfortunately I die in 1 hit offline to a Sinow Z (L142 Fonewearl, L30 Deband, L30 Jellen) unless I land Jellen first not to mention there are stupid freeze traps EVERYWHERE and the Sinow Zs also freeze. Got resta 30 Shifta 30 and Anti 7 from ult seabed.
