Yeah even though it is extremely rare...it's a neutral ragnus. I mean, it's not even that good imo. I can't see people spending a lot of money on this, because most people with that kind of money probably wouldn't a neutral weapon lol. Maybe I'm wrong, idk. Any offers yet?
