I know I can get a decent element 1 for 3.5m not sure how much a neutral would be worth. I'd give 4m

lol decent element for you is 13%> you do not have a big budget my friend and by the way a 0% has no weakness i payed 9.4mil to make it myself if i do not make a profit i use it myself till it makes it's own worth. By the way it came out good
