Wow, that looks delicious.. I like turkey gravy better though. I wonder if it's even possible to find this in California..

There's some restaurants (in Quebec mostly) that serves gourmet poutine. I just heard of a place that has 72 different kinds of poutine, so you can probably find one with turkey gravy. Probably not in Cali tho...come to glorious Spamada! (http://spamada.myminicity.com/)
