Signatures on Post

HELP!!! i got a good signature i want to start using for my post, i made sure its 180 pixels by 600 and is less than 35kb ( its around 28kbs) and its a jpeg. I set it up in the User CP and it shows that i have set it go it, but when i post it never shows up. WHAT DID I DO WRONG T.T

I don't know how to do it in the CP, I just host mine on whatever hosting service.

Edit: Do it like this. Go to "Edit Signature". Upload your sig, and make sure it says it uploaded. Then, beside the sig, it should say "Insert Sig?" or something to that effect. Then, it should insert it. Save it, and it should work.

Now that its a lot more detailed, I can see where a problem may have happened.

In the text entry allowable field for:

Edit Signature
-
Just put the image tags in here. [img]www.hostedimagehere.com[img] <-this closing img one throw a "/ "before the "img".

Then hit the Save signature button at the bottom of the Signature of them all on the left hand side, next to Preview in the "Signature Picture" box.

When it is hosted on another server/website, such as Photobucket.com or Imageshack, copy and paste the link to the image in the 1st entry field.

OR

2nd entry field allows you to get your file off your computer, to be hosted as your sig. Click the "Browse" button on the right of the entry field, find your file and click the Ok/save.

Then Save Signature button at the bottom. Again next to Preview's button.
