Well, of course it could be wrong. But that doesn't neccesarily mean it is wrong.

Law of Physics then. Is that wrong? Well, by what we both agree on, it could be wrong. But as of right now, it's pretty rock solid. So, it's safe to say it's fact.

The sky is blue. Could this be wrong? Sure. Doesn't mean it is. Also, it changes with weather. So, you'd have to specify. The sky on a clear and uncloudy day without major pollution or other side effects, is to all appareances to the human eye, blue.
