Colour ID's and Special Weapons? Help!

Someone a while ago, said that if I have a ?Special Weapon? that needs to be tekked, I could take it to another tekker and it would be different than the one that is on a game I have made. Me being a YellowBoze ID, what colour tekker (or what do they look like) should I go to, to get better items?

Special Items are always the same for each tekker. If you pick up a special item, and equip it, you can tell what it already is. Tekkers change the ??? part before a weapon, and the percentages. Althougth, I think the percentages are just random.

I heard somewhere basically the same thing that Glider said, only that the tekker of the id of the weapon you want will be the best choice. I dunno, maybe they are all the same. I just heard that somewhere. Oh, and if you didnt know, if you hear a little ding sound, that means that you have gotten the best possible weapon you can out of that item.
