Just like with any other update, it'll be Friday. Going by your location, I guess you could expect to see it around late morning or midday Friday.

Just an added question. Will we get Remaining Blades with this update as well. That mission seems to be in line with the update as PSUPedia if those are in order. It would be nice if we could get The Clothier, the two story missions, and Remaining Blades C-S2. Just wishful thinking on my part.

They will become special drops from SEED-Venas and Rappy Igg respectively in a future update. However, we've likely got quite a wait before those items will be introduced to our servers' drop tables.

They'll drop it in the story missions. Also, future event missions (The Fourth Seal and The Protectors δ) will feature the Venas.
