Even a svaltus can drop it

It drops from any creature on missions Sleeping warriors S2 and Dual Sentinal S2.

And by millions he means MILLIONS, ive gotton 5 stacks of pa frags (around 249) missions COMPLETED and only gotten like 4
Ive probably done another 600 on top of that non completed.
When u see a board eventually drop, dont get excited, 9/10 chance its a ran misaki....D:

Mini-Boss, NOT Boss. Mini-Bosses can still drop area drops.

Hmmm in "most cases" i'd believe you....but the first time i saw one.....i was leveling my rising shot it was my second run. that spawn in the last room where you see golmoro b4 the 3 Svaltus....one of em dropped one.... so.....yea :-D lol

Things like that can happen, just not very often. That also tends to happen when you don't expect one to drop. :p

It will usually drop when you're not looking for it specifically.

The two Psycho boards I found were on Nanopolymer or Catilium hunts. It just happens like that.
