I saw something about this on my 360's dashboard a day or two ago. What's it all about?

It's a 3rd person shooter based in an apocalyptic future where mankind is split in a war. One fighting with biologicly inhanced soldiers, and one with cyberneticly inhanced soldiers. You play on the cybernetic side, and you get various ground moving weapons. Such as guns that raise and lower the terrain, grenades that cause pillars of rocks to come out of the ground, and a rocket launcher that fires underground and detonates when you want it to.
