I saw something in the news last week about timecodes,
I think it says something about about 48hrs, from end of maintenance until 9/28 23:59

I did not see a topic for it, maybe this will allow some people with an inactive account on the jp server to return for a little while.

It's the usual sporadic Welcome Campaign that PSU has for big events.

Anybody with an Inactive Account, or an account that isn't on an auto-credit billing cycle can log into their Account on the web, and click on the welciome campaign button, to receive a time code to play online for 48 hours (or add 2 days to your current account).
