Locating Tero or Hard HP restore units

I have a big problem. I have looked at the item database and it does not say where to find tero/HP restore or Hard/HP restore. Does anyone have an idea as to where you find them? I would love you forever!:-?

those HP restores were an event item only.

Those two dropped only during the 1Up Platinum Cup. But fear not, you'll have your chance at them again during a future event known as Shred the Darkness.
