The problem is that you're playing as the Turks. The only logical choice with the expansion was to play as the Spanish.

Far too slow for my liking. They'd get raped by anything that could move faster than them. Essentially everything but Teutonic Knights. I loved when Persians would send those at my castles. At least trebuchets had a chance of surviving an assault if I didn't have a force massed near there.

Only a fool would rely on War Elephants as the only form of military might. They're slow. They're extremely costly. Rely on Paladins and Cavalry Archers to cover their gigantic asses while Monks stay behind and heal the elephants.

Your population amounts to five people (and cars, apparently) only. We see three villagers, all of which are female, so we conclude that they must mate with the horseman if your village is to grow. However, that guy is riding a horse instead of that hot set of wheels, suggesting that he is (pick one or more)
a. stupid
b. lazy
c. overconfident in his ability to get the ladies.
This makes for very poor breeding stock. Chances are you'll raise a village of inbred fools who'll be wiped out before you reach the Castle Age. The car will go on to design a line of novelty figurines which will be marketed at Hallmark, 1500 years in the future.
