I have a Halarod [b] which I can't use since I'm human, Does anyonw want to trade it for a Kazarod? The weapon or Board will do.

No offense, but I doubt you could get a Kazarod out of that. Besides, Okarods are not only stronger, but more common, thanks to the Neudaiz GBR. You might be better off selling it for cheap. =x

Hardly, Halarod used to be very common before and i think it still is so i doubt anyone would do that trade with you.
Probably should check Player shop prices and see it´s worth, i can almost guarantee that it´s under a million. :P
