how can i get my HUmar to use two sabers at a time?

You need to find the weapon. One of the first twin sabers you will be able to find is Musashi. The hard dragon drops it for a bunch of ID's.

Check the item database and see if your ID is one of them.

It's not really two sabers at once, it's a weapon type called a Musashi. It can found off the Dragon in hard mode.
