Too bad the helmet won't be seen correctly if you actually wear it the way it's supposed to be worn. That's assuming it's a normal hoodie.

Looks like extra material forming the helmet mask in front of the hood.

Beats me why an imperial storm trooper would wear a hoodie though. ":3

i mean that body armor they wear doesn't really do anything practical, it can't stop basically any weapons so why even bother with it?
