Ok, I'm aware there were problems last night on the site and in the game servers and Ruby told us they're fixing it and we should be able to load the site still. Well I can't load the site since last night and I was wondering if it's just me. Also if this will affect the update tonight.

working for me either :(

that i can ask them why they're charging

Whenever Segac is having maintenance or issues with their ISP, they shut their main site down. If their site isn't back up by tomorrow, then that mean they're still having problems with their ISP, and they didn't have time to put in the update.

Actually, I have one other thing to say: Correct me if I'm wrong, but if it was really the whole Sega ISP that was down, would I not even be able to play PSU online right now?

I wouldn't mind no update. I'd rather of grinding increase for another week if you ask me.

Oh it was just a guess
SEGA seem to find any way to not give us updates
its just an excuse for them to use ^^;

if i click either on the German or French icons, the site loads fine. USA and UK not so lucky =/
(no acess to english message boards through those two pages though).

Their Main Sites are down but at least its not connected to the Game like it was last time their Billing Site went down. Their billing is working fine from what im seeing

It isn't, I purchased a 60 day single subscription after ANOTHER FAILURE in the billing the last time, today not even 40 days ago, and the game is telling me... well, you know, 065.

If by any chance I do ever meet someone who works at anything remotely related to Sega, I swear I'll brutally instinctively crush his or her face over the pavement savagely screaming in wrath. I just need it, nothing personal.

Head to http://help.sega.com and submit a ticket. They are relatively fast at dealing with billing issues, but you have to let them know.
