Rapia Fluge. It's an unreleased SUV that casts giresta, I think. You can look it up in the PSO-W database.

I have that bot and it's a lv 50 giresta, but the bot is a little weak (and he's a boy bot but he's able to use a Kohibumiteri, which is a female only weapon. I'm still waiting for him to come out of the closet O_o )

i do recal him using magical wand and he has a loveheart line equipped.
