i havent played for a while and all these new updates confuse me...can anyone help me find where to enter this mission?.

5th floor of the colony at the counter, same as the story missions.

That mission is located at the GUARDIANS HQ counter on the 5th floor of Clyez City. It's the post event version, however, so there will be some changes (no boosted EXP, enemies at full HP, no PSO NPCs, etc.).
