GC: GC Materials question

Does anyone know the Material use limit per Character for GC?

And is HP Material totally seperate? Say, if I start loading up a new Character with HP Material before they max out their Material usage limit, will that contribute to the limit at all(I assume it shouldn't, but want to make sure first).
