GC: Luck and Rares

Anyone know for a certainty whether LUCK affects your ability to find RARE items?

In all the guides I've read, it's only said that LUCK was for critical attacks.

Luck has nothing to do with finding rares. It only effects your chance of performing a critical attack.

As far as I know, even with 100 luck you still won't perform a critical attack 100% of the time.

My luck is 50 and I hit one critical attack (usually) every three-hit combo. I don't plan on rasing luck anymore. I find about the same amount of rares when I had 30 luck in V.Hard, to now, 50 luck still in V.Hard. So, as it's been posted again and again, luck only affects critical hit rate.

Cool, I figured as much.

But once I got online, a bunch of different people told me a bunch of different things.

I won't waste my time with God Luck or Luck Materials now.
