does that banner where is says that a player has won say 50+ silver come up for everyone or just the winner?

Everyone in the Casino and the same universe as the person who won.

To reiterate: It's only visible in the casino the person is in.

Also, no reason to be shy, you can't trade casino stuff and coins anyway.

its also visible in granigs mine. I've seen some people's wins come up from there. >_>

lol thats weird.

but if u are playing the slots, you most likely want to go to one of the more populated servers because the pot will prolly be bigger

People in Granigs and the Casino also appear to be in the same lobby (all the party dots are coloured), so it wouldn't surprise me to see that happen.
