HUnewearl will have the easiest time leveling up, and killing things in Ultimate. She can make good use of Mechguns later on, and her level 20 support techs REALLY help.

Hunewearl. Hucaseal is easier at lower levels, but Hunewearl has far more potential. Just remember to chow down only on pow and luck mats. Every other mat is worthless to her.

Instead of relying on biased people, just spend like 30 minutes or so with each one. That'll give you a pretty good idea of how each one fairs. If you plan on playing for a long time, check out the max stats and abilities.

You're going to be spending a good amount of time with your primary character, and it should be you that decides what class that character will be. I've heard a lot of people complain about how they took advice on character/section id only to realize later on that they don't like the character/section id. Do some research and make your own selection.

Sorry, but I have to strongly disagree with this. When I started my Hunewearl, she couldn't do much damage, she constantly missed, and she kept getting smacked down alot. I didn't have resta, nor S/D/J/Z, and the only attack tech I had was Foie 1. I couldn't equip a simple handgun because my ATA was too low at level 1.

I was getting frustrated with her and tried a ranger for a bit, then a friend told me to go back to my Hunewearl because he said she WILL get better. So I did...and she's now at level 136.

Does anyone else get envious of other characters? I am playing FOmar right now level 133 and find myself envious of HU...I had a RAmarl and found myself wanting to be a FO...is this "natural" in PSO gameplay? lol I would be a HUnewearl anyday over the other HU...Shifta/Deband and Jellen/Zalure! got the WHOLE set

Sometimes I'm envious that lower level male HUs do more damage than my higher level Hunny, but then I remember I have S/D/J/Z at level 20, and I haven't yet reached my mat limit. As for my Ramarl...nah, all I need is my Frozen Shooter, heh.

Yep. My HUcaseal is DEADLY with mech guns. I barely even use my swords or sabers because she does so much damage with them. :/

My Hunny is also deadly with her 50% hit Vulcans. I think her ATA is somewhere around 240+ with the Vulcans equipped. Now throw in a Shifta, which bumps her ATP up by around 350+, and maybe a Zalure, and you can now see why I wub my Hunny.

im my opinion i think HUnewearl is a good character to be. she has good growth stats and can get good techs.

my second choice would be a FOnewm. they are strong tech users,have high mst,and there ra and gi tech boost is good

I would say HUcaseal but mainly just because I'm one http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif Their Power and HP will start to look pathetic if you know a HUcast who's around the same lvl as you, but the ATA is great for a hunter. With +55% hit Angry fists it was around 260 when I was lvl 80something. Right now im using Red Daggers with a lower hit percent so I really can't compare to what it is now (haven't equiped the fists in at least 25 lvls and for some reason I never looked at the base stat...) That's also with a pretty much power based mag.

i say... if you are playing offline by yourself... be a HUnewearl or a RAmarl..

if you are playing offline multiplayer or playing online... be an extremist like a Force or one of the androids..
