Possible to port accounts?

I have a PSU account on my Xbox360.

My Xbox went the way of the Do-Do and now all I have is a PC to play games on.

Is it possible to get that account onto the PC or is all the data stored on my 360 Hard Drive. I would assume so seeing as there's no logging in or account password when going into your PSU account. But I thought I would ask anyway if there's anyong that's tried to do this for whatever insane reason.

All the data that is for your online characters for Xbox 360 is not saved to your hard drive, but to the servers (to prevent offline modification of characters). For PC/PS2, you have to log in with a user name and password. If you were to join PC servers, you would have to start from scratch.

You log in with your gamertag, and you can log in with the same gamertag in any xbox 360, but your PSU account is only compatible with the 360 version
