Would I be considered a cheater if I got a weapon that was made by a game shark but it was not mine. As in someone else made it?

Yep. They'd consider you a duper if you knowingly accepted dupes.

Dupe/user not duper, but if you're that conserned about it your probably not that bad.

I didnt know it was duped the only way i found out is one of my friends used to find cheaters by looking at their weapons and he said mine was duped.

I'm not sure but I think using the board to trade dupes is frowned upon around here.
It's one thing to knowling accept a dupe Dagger. It's another if you got one and didn't know. There's also no sure fire way to know if it's a dupe or not. Most people say they know something is a dupe because it has "dupe percentages." Where one specific copy was duped repeatedly and they all have the same stats. While this is one way to identify them, you may just have a legit weapon that happens to have the same stats.

True there is no sure fire way to know, your best bet is to use common sense.

Since there isn't a cheat device out for GC yet and duping has run rampant i'd say...no.

My friend said it was duped because the color of the lettering is yellow and he just gave the weapon to me no charge free just put it there.

Oh, just because someone gave away a rare doesn't mean it's a dupe. I have like 6 DB sabers and Booma Claws sitting around my bank most of the time. I found all the sabers and arms myself, but if I'm online I'll drop them off to people without rares. Unless it's something like a Monkey King Bar, then don't be too worried about getting free rares from people.

The color of the lettering has nothing to do with an item being duped, duped items "look" the same as "non-duped" items. Rare weapons have Capital titles in gold letters. BTW, I gave a level 86 or so HUcaseal a present (it was a silence claw) and told her merry Christmas! Christmas had passed already, she decided to give me a present, to my dismay/surprise it was a BKB +80 <sigh> I wanted to take it and sell it and drop the meseta in front of her and say, "the money I made from it will be put to good use, thank you."

I just wanna know if your a duper then that means you currently dupe and make copies of wepons for people and to trade and such. But you cannot be A DUPER if you only accepted dupes. You can only be considered a person that accepts dupes willingly.
I accept dupes and there is no possible way to dupe with BB (Broad Band) connection. So i cant be A DUPERS just someone who takes dupes. DUH. Dur

Duping items and using a duped item are two different things. There are probably thousands of people out there using duped items that don't know that they were duped. However it seems that alot of people I see online brand someone a duper the second they see the duped item because they assume that person duped it.

Untrue.
Like I said, don't concern youself. You'll never know if it's duped, you're better off not worrying about it.
