is it true that the xbox ver of pso no one cant take your stuff when u die i been hearing that lately?

I assume so, as it's also that way in the Gamecube version. Basically, your weapon simply becomes unequipped rather than dropped (whew), and any meseta on you when you transport back to the medical room after being killed will vanish, which is no big deal if you're careful and don't carry all your money on you or something.

Yes. It is a direct port from the GC version thus meaning you don't drop your equipped weapon.
