Right now I`m living in japan. I left my PSU containing pc back in the states so i could focus on studying. Now i`ve come to realize that studying is boring and i`d like to log into psu every once in a while for a mental break. Preferably north american server where my character data and friends are. So I`m looking for options in terms of how to log in from here. As of now i don`t have a pc so ps2 is an option. Can i log into NA server with a jp copy of PSU or am i going to have to work out getting my copy back?

You cannot log on the US servers with a JP version.

So you'll have to find a way to get a US copy.

If the game is already installed to your pc then you don't need the disk. Keep in mind, I'm asuming you brought your own pc from home with you.

What abotu a ps2 copy? I assume that would also require a us copy (and a US playstation)?

Where's your PC at? You could have your family/whoever has it send it to you.

shipping costs would be outrageous, but if you already have it on pc you'll need the US/EU version of the game to connect to our servers. If you play on 360 you can just pick up a copy of the game and a system there and enjoy it because our servers are already one

Did hell freeze over while i`ve been away?

and shipping my porn box back from the states would be outrageous. big desktop i made myself consitting of a bunch of random parts i kept shoving together in order to fashion a pc just capable enlugh to play psu with out horrid lag. i can get a pc, so all i need to do is get my hands on another copy of aoi (which can be accomplished with internets).

Depends on you really, I started PSU on PS2... but once I built my current PC, I couldn't go back. I'd pay to have all my shit shipped, because I'm that obsessive D:
