The new path for famistu is up, its the jungle north area. Its filled with merisoles and gibbles and the sea side(forgot his name the bug guy) sub bosses. On ult its pretty tough, mostly because of megid spitting everything http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif , but wheres our seabed level in there?? What do the rest of y'all think of the new path?

Hey DBD,
this is B5.
Well, since I'm a high level and I want some good drops, this path seems pretty damn good. Yes it'll be tough when I do countless ult runs over the next few days, but fun nonetheless.
I have a question though, does raising your EDK (Dark Resist) help you survive the deadly Megid that all those Mericols shoot?
I know it helps for all those megids by other monsters... but the Mericol attack doesn't look like Megid, it's black, etc.
I'll test this tomorrow, but if anyone knows off-hand, do tell!

Hahaha, we sure will find out!! I'm pretty sure that the merisole attack isnt really megid, more of a if this touches you, you're screwed attack but I could be wrong. Oh well I'm sure we'll find a ton of rare and get a butt load of exp doing it!!

Aww, it's not Seabed?
And the ball that Meriacol spits out is something that makes you confused.

The plant boss has an attack that will kill you instantly if you're standing too close. From what I can tell there's no protection from it. Just get out of the way. You can tell it's about to do that attack because it'll start making this beeping noise. Kinda like Poison Lilies. They're pretty dangerous.
I'm about to try the new path now. I hope it's better than the one that was last opened up.

Fami has never gone to the "forth" area..only up to the third. Like Mines, or CCA.

I just finished trying it. Seemed pretty cool, except there aren't enough kills if you're playing single player. It's difficult, though. Those plant things can really tear you a new one in no time. The good part is that if you're looking for rares had by the mini-bosses, this makes it easy to try for them. I'll be trying again witha group later tonight.
