Well, judging from your profile, you are a yellowboze, so you should be able to find almost every enemy part rather easily. But, checking the enemy parts locations guide (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=665), Delsaber's Left Arm might be a bit of a pain to get.

I am actually planning on being a yellowboze soon, just so that I can get the enemy parts I'm missing.

you should be able to find one in hard ruins and the other in very hard ruins i have found 2 of each that way in a yellowbose game

I don't know about Yellowboze, but as a Redria I've found both arms. The left I found in hard/offline and the right I found in vhard/online. Keep looking you're bound to find one...

I'm Redria and I think I've found about four of the grass-assassin arms. Were very nice when I first found them on hard, but I've long since left them behind, ehhe. They were one of my very first rares, guess that's pretty common actually.

I'm a Greennill and I've found these enemy parts:

(4) Grass Assassin's Arms: Hard and V.Hard
(2) Hildebear's Head: V.Hard
(1) Gobooma's Right Arm: V.hard
(1) Booma's Right Arm: V.Hard
(3) Rappy's Wing: V.Hard
(2) Delsaber's Left Arm: Hard
(1) Delsaber's Right Arm: V.Hard

I'll also note that I found -most- if not all of these (can't exactly remember) in quests, not just while running through the respective areas.

If you're looking for a particular enemy part, do quests over and over where you're more likely to find that type of creature (I know, common sense).
