Awesome Way To Get Red Slime!!! (No Pipe!)

I Was Just Goofing Off Yesterday^^; And I Hit The Pofully Slime With Gibarta And Another Slime Came Out!!!! It Was Red!!!!:-o And I Did It Again And Another One Came Out! But It Was Not Red!!!!!

Yeah.. ICE spells, and the third hit in a combo can split slimes. You just coincidently got lucky splitting that one slime.

It has been known for years that any slime that gets split may result in a Pouilly Slime (red). The two easiest ways of splitting slimes are with ice spells or hit them on the third hit of a combo. The combo one is best done by using an untekked weapon with a special ability (example: ???? Handgun), using the special twice (the special won't hit if the weapon is untekked), then a weak attack.

I remember once when I was playing in Normal mode, I was splitting slimes to get extra experience, and I saw two Pouilly Slimes in the same freakin' room. Any other mode, that would've made me jump for joy. I didn't even need the Resist/Flames they dropped for me...I was not a happy camper.

Moral of the story: don't split slimes in Normal mode. You're just begging to be disappointed.:(

I think its always great to see some one discover something they didn't know about the game and get so excited they want to share. It's a nice reminder of when the game was new and everyone was learning things for the first time. Nice find RAmar don't let anyone take your enthusiasm away.

Untekked Double Saber (Green Blades) with decent Hit% does verry good specially on Ultimate, you get often 2 or even 3 splits in one combo, on Verry Hard you can pretty soon ending, that the third attack makes a split and kills the first. (Good about this, you don't have do mess with 2 of them, but not good for piping)

I always split slimes when I can be bothered to play. I sometimes split them then pipe too, but that is just annoying. Not slime related, I had 2 Hildetorrs in the Forest of Sorrow quest (think thats right, been a while since I played) in the same room once, and they both dropped a Frozen Shooter (go me! :D ). I feel your pain about the 2 red slimes in normal halibabica XD

I remember when I was splitting slimes once on Ult, I came across a Pouilly, and when I sent it to it's dirt nap, it left me with a Monomate. A Monomate! C'mon man!

I did that looking for a Cure/Freeze with my HUmar a couple years ago. Everyone should get one. They're GRRREAT!!!
