PSOW Mission Spotlight

In case anyone hasn't read the front page or checked in-game messages, Electronic Brain is going to be in the Mission Spotlight for the week. As part of the spotlight, PSO-World staff members will be handing out prizes at random to people that are in-game on the PC/PS2 side. Brigade of the Hidden Shadows will be giving presents on the Xbox 360 servers.

We have a lot of stuff to hand out, so be sure to keep an eye out for us!

Some useful feedback and idea suggestion:

In the past, I rmr you mentioned your idea to change hot spot every week to reduce WB spammer and allow people to find more party outside that spot.
I wonder why it is 2 weeks now?
I see that people get bored/complained about spaming 5 mission on GBR for 3 weeks. This is like supporting people to spam single mission for 2 weeks (even worse).
So I don't get the idea, what delay the mission hot spot from weekly to 2 weeks? (it is as simply as just changing that page once a week, and let players move around new spot, the prize is still always the same, so it not effect prizes pool)
I get this feed back from many people including myself about why they doesn't care this so much, it is just a suggestion from what I know how people review this things (pro/cons). I would say It would be much more success if you can make it weekly.

im so sad that halloween on psu was a dissapointment this year D: all this year (since Winter Event) i was always saying "i cant wait for halloween lobbies x3" and now its the end of October and nothing!!! ;-; oh well, i just hope these mission spot lights will continue to keep me motivated.... :\

So far we've handed out some weapons, batches of Catilium, and Transfer tickets. We'll try to vary the prizes that are handed out each night.

I saw one team on Leo and five teams on Caelum just now. A lot of people seem to have drifted back to White Beast.

I was on when Meira dropped in and gave one of the people in my party a prize. I'll probably lvl my main's PAs there, since I was in the first full party I've run since MAG 2.

Everyone ran the /dice command at the end of our run. I threw highest out of the people that wanted to participate, so ruby took down my ID, and said I could expect 5 additional coins on my 1st character slot tomorrow. That was about the jist of it.

We've been trying to distribute prizes at other hours, but there's literally no one playing Electronic Brain during the daytime over the last couple of days. I was wanting award some stuff a bit earlier and there were no parties on Caelum/Leo. So, the majority of stuff will naturally be distributed when people are around.

Yesterday, RubyEclipse was joining teams to give out Voloyal Coins. Near the end of the run, the team members would roll dice to see who received the coins. The winner would receive the coins the next day.

The Mission Spotlight period is officially over. Congratulations to everyone that won items on the PC/PS2 servers! The staff had a lot of fun doing mission runs and meeting new people over the last week.

I had a great time running both missions with familiar and new players alike. Sure ate up a lot of hours too, the time just flew by.
