Bugeater Cactus?

Just wanted to ask right quick what happened to the Bugeater Cactus? I remember that it was purchasable at Cleyez City but it isn't there anymore =/

Does anybody know if it drops somewhere in boxes on moatoob?
Or is it synthable?

And while we are at it. What happened to the board for the Festival Light Decor? Is that going to come back, or do we have to wait for the next Festival Light lobby to come back? I wasn't able to go online at that time, wasn't even available to buy?

Bug eaters can be found in boxes. Just play Valley of Carnage and you should find one.

The Light Festival board is the Neudiaz Gift or Souvenir...I forget which. Just use 50 Neu Ash.

I usually find it when I spam Mine Defense. The other missions in Moatoob will drop it as well.
