WHAT!!? The piece of toast would win. That's how exactly the hobo loses, the toast throws a piece of bread near a river bank the hobo, using his instincts, will charge after the crumbs and start munching on it. This is when the toast, finding the opportunity, pushes the hobo in the river. The hobo being mindless will be oblivious to the fact that hes drowning and dies. And the toast claims VICTORY

The hobo will eat the bread, but his highly tuned survival instincts will kick in the moment the toast comes near (its all those police beatings, after awhile they create a 6th sense). Therefore he will dodge the toast and the toast will go flying into the river and become soggy

Thats when he will soak all the river's water like a sponge and become so large the hobo will look like a puny, pathetic ant and the toast will devour the hobo! The toast knowingly allowed the hobo to dodge, intentionally getting to his secret weapon: Water!
