so i want to make videos. but i'm pretty broke right now, so fraps is out of the question. does anyone here know of any good video recording programs that are free and half way decent?

There's a way to get Sony Vegas free if you don't mind doing some naughty things. =D

Make sure you don't get the trial and then the full version as that can be annoying to fix. But yeah, Fraps is fine and it's possible to acquire the program.

Look up CamStudio, it records fine enough, and the old version is free (they even try to improve on it).

Just get fraps. Use your head and it's easy enough to get it for free.
